With the health and safety of our customers, employees, and their families in mind, we have made the decision to pause our manufacturing, delivery, and service operations until 4/13/20 when the current shelter in place order expires. We have spoken with county officials pertaining specifically to the business of Rehme Steel Windows and Doors, and it is our understanding that these measures are in the best interest of our employees and customers.
As of 3/25/2020:
- All manufacturing, delivery, and service operations will cease until 4/13/20.
- Rehme Steel Window and Door headquarters in Spicewood, TX will be closed to the
public and employees until 4/13/20.
Our sales, engineering, accounting and HR, personnel will remain available via a home office, and we do not anticipate any disruption in their efforts. We have made the necessary investments to ensure virtual project meetings may take place and are committed to helping you move projects forward as we are able.
We understand the impact this will have on previously communicated project completion, delivery, and service dates. We will be working to provide you with updated timing on a per-project basis.
This is an evolving situation which we are monitoring closely – please know that we are committed to keeping you updated. If you have questions about a specific project, our company operations, or concerns please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
In accordance with the Stay Home – Work Safe Order that began on March 25, 2020, our manufacturing facilities and campus are closed until the orders end on April 13, 2020. Our sales, engineering, accounting, and human resources will continue working from home to assist our customers Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.
